About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Adviser to support the delivery of a high-quality, evidence-based customer-focused OH service across our Occupational Health function.

Job Purpose*

To provide expert case management and surveillance experience in accordance with industry standards, leveraging skills gained from Police, Fire Brigade, or Rail industry backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional case management and surveillance services to meet business needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OH services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve OH services.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Health, Public Health, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in case management, surveillance, and OH advisory roles, preferably in Police, Fire Brigade, or Rail industries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
