Job Overview

Lancesoft Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and be able to provide high-quality support to the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake health surveillance and health capability assessments (e.g. audiometry, spirometry, vision testing) and work with the business regarding compliance.
  • Generate OH metrics, supporting the OH Clinical staff in demonstrating value of the function to the business. Support data analysis of health trends to identify and monitor workplace hazards and improve employee performance and wellbeing.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in occupational health with a focus on health surveillance and health capability assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
