About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team at Southern Water. As a key member of our Information Security Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our operational technology systems and protecting against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures to protect our OT systems
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement incident response plans
  • Provide expert advice on security risks and controls to support business decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our OT systems remain secure

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Cyber Security, with experience in OT security and critical national infrastructure. You will also need to be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
