OT Information Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team at Southern Water. As a key member of our InfoSec team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our industrial control systems and protecting our assets from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct security assessments for industrial control systems and identify vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including cyber attacks and data breaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement security awareness programs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
We are looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist with a strong background in critical national infrastructure and industrial control systems. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective security policies and procedures, and experience in conducting security assessments and responding to security incidents.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have a strong understanding of security technologies and trends, and be able to provide recommendations for improvement.
