Accounts Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator Assistant to join our client's small, friendly team in Tetbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering purchase invoices and posting authorised transactions
- Preparing suggested payments reports and checking supplier statements
- Raising weekly invoices and resolving account queries
Requirements
- Fantastic numeracy skills and attention to detail
- A flexible approach and great communication skills
Benefits
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
- Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time)
