We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Advisor to join our team at Phoenix Health Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to provide exceptional support to patients and contribute to the smooth operation of our practice.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing general assistance to the Practice team, maintaining a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors
  • Receiving, assisting, and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional
  • Undertaking administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the Practice
  • Facilitating effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care, and other associated healthcare agencies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A good standard of education, including GCSE Grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software
  • Experience of dealing with the public/patients and working in a public reception environment
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include the NHS Pension Scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, regular team meetings, and biannual team morale building days & other social events.

Please note that flexibility to work additional hours to cover colleagues is essential for this role.
