Clerk to join their small, friendly team based in Tetbury on a permanent, part time basis.

As part of your role as a payroll and accounts assistant you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the payroll, creating and submitting VAT and Bank reconciliations. You will be responsible for running and updating information, keeping up to date on legislation and liaising and assisting our finance manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing monthly payroll for the business and group companies including year-end returns
- Complying with RTI requirements
- Dealing with payroll related queries
- PAYE/NIC/Pension Administration
- Maintain payroll and holiday records
- Prepare and distribute document updates in relation to employee contracts and pay increases
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Posting cash receipts

**Key Attributes**
- Previous payroll experience
- Computer literate to include MS Office Systems including Excel
- Attention to detail
- Flexible, enthusiastic team player
- Fantastic communication skills

**Salary**: £15 - £16 per hour, depending on experience

**Hours**: 23 hours per week, flexible within business operating hours Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
