Account Manager Job Description

Job Overview

As an Account Manager at Solvi Digital, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met, and their campaigns run smoothly. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Understand clients' business goals and ensure their marketing strategies align with these objectives
    • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to campaigns
  • Campaign Management
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reports and insights
  • Strategic Planning
    • Work with clients to develop long-term marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement
    • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services that would benefit the client's overall strategy
    • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant strategies into client campaigns
  • Project Coordination
    • Ensure that all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
    • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process
    • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Client Retention and Growth
    • Proactively seek opportunities to expand existing client relationships by introducing new services and solutions
    • Work towards achieving high client retention rates by consistently delivering value and exceeding client expectations
    • Participate in client renewal discussions and negotiate contract renewals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights for clients
  • Client-centric approach with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
