Complaints Handler Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our Clinical Services team at Optical Express Group in Glasgow city centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient-related queries and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

As a key point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing Patient Concerns
  2. Communicating with Patient Care Manager
  3. Improving Quality of Care
