Kingston College, a leading provider of post-16 education and training in London, seeks an exceptional Team Leader to join its Health & Active Living section. As a key member of the academic team, you will be responsible for driving curriculum standards and outcomes across several programmes, including Uniformed Services and Health sections.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or professional qualification and possess excellent teaching skills in subjects such as Sport, Health & Social Care, or Public Services. A teaching qualification, recognition as a good or better teacher, and current knowledge of impending curriculum changes are also essential. You will have experience in leading FE & HE programmes and successfully supporting at-risk learners.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes generous annual leave, additional wellbeing leave, an excellent pension scheme, subsidised sports facilities, and professional development opportunities.
