Academic Programmes Coordinator Job Summary
LCKacademy is seeking an experienced Academic Programmes Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Programme Leader and Academic Department.

About the Role
You will assist students and lecturers with the smooth running of all academic processes, including monitoring attendance and engagement, reporting on student progress, and providing certification for HND students. Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitor and report on attendance and engagement for all HND students
  • Regularly contact HND students with encouragement and warnings about their attendance, engagement, and assignment submissions as and when required
  • Report regularly to the HND Programme Leader on attendance, engagement, and assignment submissions of HND students
  • Check evidence that all documentation is in place before claiming certificate on Edexcel online
  • Track student records, achievements, late submissions, resubmissions, and retakes using a variety of programmes/databases/portals

Requirements
- Level 3 Qualifications e.g., A' levels
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Good word processing and Edexcel spreadsheet skills
- Comfortable using information management databases and portals such as Moodle
- Available and willing to work weekends
- An active and ethical person
- Good organisational abilities
- Good time management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good team-working capabilities
