Job Title: Service Team Leader - Washroom Hygiene

Are you a motivated and experienced leader looking to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a Service Team Leader to join our team at Initial Washrooms, one of the UK's leading providers of washroom, hygiene, and floorcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 10 Service Drivers across a geographical area within the branch.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to plan and coordinate Service Drivers to ensure each customer receives the right service as promised.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues and complaints.
  • Support the Service and Branch Managers in improving the quality, efficiency, and customer service provided by the branch.
  • Monitor team performance through quality checks and accompanied customer service visits to develop each driver and drive improvement.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff on routes and products for drivers.
  • Support the Sales Team in planning installations to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Experience in managing within a service delivery environment is an advantage, but we will train you in our industry.
  • A grading system with higher salary bandings for consistently strong performance.
