Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our team at Initial Washrooms in Croydon. As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 Service Drivers across a geographical area within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a team of Service Drivers to deliver high-quality service to customers
- Work collaboratively with other Team Leaders to plan and coordinate Service Drivers to ensure each customer receives the right service as promised
- Liaise with customers to resolve issues and complaints
- Support the Service and Branch Managers in improving the quality, efficiency, and customer service provided by the branch
- Monitor team performance through quality checks and accompanied customer service visits to develop each driver and drive improvement in performance levels and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with warehouse staff on routes and products for Service Drivers
- Support the Sales Team in planning installations to exceed customer expectations

Requirements:- Demonstrated leadership skills in any work environment
- Experience in managing within a service delivery environment (training provided)
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Basic salary of £28,582
