We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Team Leader to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Drivers to deliver high-quality service to our customers across the Croydon area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of up to 10 Service Drivers to achieve excellent levels of service
  • Work collaboratively with other Team Leaders to plan and coordinate Service Drivers to ensure each customer receives the right service as promised
  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues and complaints
  • Support the Service and Branch Managers in improving the quality, efficiency, and customer service provided by the branch
  • Monitor team performance through quality checks and accompanied customer service visits to develop each driver and drive improvement in performance levels and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with warehouse staff on routes and products for each driver
  • Support the Sales Team in planning installations to exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in any work environment
  • Experience in managing within a service delivery environment (training provided)
  • Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
