Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our team at Rentokil Initial plc. As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Drivers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality service standards across the Croydon area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of up to 10 Service Drivers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to plan and coordinate Service Drivers to meet customer needs.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the Service and Branch Managers in improving service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance through quality checks and accompanied customer service visits to drive improvement.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate routing and product allocation for Service Drivers.
  • Support the Sales Team in planning installations to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Experience in managing within a service delivery environment is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
