Security ISV Partner Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Security and Observability ISV Partner Sales Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch). If you have a background or interest in Security and Observability technologies, and want to become specialized in your next role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Summary
The Security and Observability ISV Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for owning the Security and Observability ISV Partner go-to-market and sell-with responsibilities in AGS UKI. This includes:
- Ensuring customers and AWS Field Sales teams understand the value of joint ISV and AWS Security and Observability solutions.
- Executing a strategic GTM plan working closely with WWSO and AGS Specialist team.
- Developing internal enablement aligned to use cases and customer outcomes.
- Building sustainable long-term relationships across AGS UKI Leadership to grow awareness of joint ISV and AWS Security and Observability solutions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, working backwards from customer outcomes to recommend solutions.
- Engaging with the customer's business and technology stakeholders to think long-term on a ISV and AWS native services strategy.
- Supporting ISVs with Power of 3 co-sell with GSIs (Accenture/Deloitte).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technology-related direct and indirect sales experience.
- Understanding of Security and Observability.
- Demonstrated experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
- Experience working in complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Experience in enterprise software and familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Experience implementing effective joint GTM programs for ISV technology partners.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, as well as a profound willingness to collaborate with multi-locational, cross-functional teams internally and externally.
