About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Observability ISV Partner Sales Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Security and Observability ISV partner business in the UK and Ireland region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for Security and Observability ISV partners in the UK and Ireland region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS Field Sales teams, customers, and ISV partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide thought leadership on Security and Observability solutions to customers and AWS Field Sales teams, aligned to technology and business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, working backwards from customer outcomes to recommend solutions.
  • Engage with customer business and technology stakeholders to think long-term on ISV and AWS native services strategy.

Requirements
  • Experience in technology-related direct and indirect sales.
  • Understanding of Security and Observability.
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
  • Experience working in complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Experience in enterprise software and familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Experience implementing effective joint GTM programs for ISV technology partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, as well as a profound willingness to collaborate with multi-locational, cross-functional teams internally and externally.
