Security ISV Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Observability ISV Partner Sales Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Security and Observability ISV partner business in the UK and Ireland region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for Security and Observability ISV partners in the UK and Ireland region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS Field Sales teams, customers, and ISV partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide thought leadership on Security and Observability solutions to customers and AWS Field Sales teams, aligned to technology and business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, working backwards from customer outcomes to recommend solutions.
- Engage with customer business and technology stakeholders to think long-term on ISV and AWS native services strategy.
