Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Partner Development Manager - ISV. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven track record of success in business development, and a passion for forging strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Launch new partner integrations, including technical feasibility assessment, developing joint collateral, and managing the launch lifecycle.
- Identify and evaluate potential ISVs for partnership opportunities based on their technical capabilities, market reputation, and strategic alignment.
- Conduct thorough technical feasibility assessments to evaluate the compatibility and integration potential of ISV solutions.
- Manage the partnership integration launch from onboarding to ongoing support and growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with ISVs to identify and develop mutually beneficial integration opportunities.
- Engage with ISVs to understand their business goals, technical capabilities, and target markets.
- Assess ISV solutions for technical feasibility, market fit, and alignment with our platform strategy.
- Drive client adoption of partner integrations by educating sales, marketing, and customer success teams on the benefits of these solutions.
- Develop and deliver foundational partner solution materials to support commercial enablement and GTM motions to equip our teams with the knowledge they need to promote partner integrations effectively.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and qualify potential client opportunities for partner integrations.
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients using partner integrations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions with our platform.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical partner development role, preferably in the marketing automation or CRM industry.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and closing partnerships with ISVs.
- Strong technical understanding of software development, integration processes, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with ISVs, internal stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A plus is a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
