We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engine Programmer to lead the development of our unannounced game. As a key member of our engine team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our game engine to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex systems, including low-level and platform-specific code, to ensure seamless gameplay experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other team members to achieve high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
- Develop and implement technical design specifications to guide the development process and ensure consistency across the team.
- Lead code reviews to ensure high-quality code and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor less experienced team members to help them grow professionally and improve their skills.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in C++ and experience working with Unreal Engine professionally.
- Demonstrable experience in the video games industry, with a focus on engine development and optimization.
- Excellent bug diagnosis and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of industry-standard development tools, including source control, asset pipelines, and issue tracking.
- Experience with continuous integration and build automation, as well as low-level optimization, shader programming, physics, or mathematics.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
