Job Title: After School Playwork Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Playwork Supervisor to join our team at KOOSA Kids Ltd. As an After School Playwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of playworkers to deliver high-quality play-based activities to children aged 4-11 years. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and Operations Team to ensure the smooth operation of the after school club.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in a childcare, early years or playwork setting. A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork is beneficial but not essential. You must also have experience working in a Primary School, Pre-School or Nursery environment as a Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator or Nursery Manager or Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of playworkers to deliver high-quality play-based activities to children aged 4-11 years.
- Develop and implement programmes of activity to meet the needs of children with different abilities and interests.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure their child's needs are met.
