About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Cover Supervisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ashford, United Kingdom. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences and ensuring that students remain engaged and focused on their work.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain student engagement
  • Maintain a safe and productive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress
  • Support students with their learning when necessary
  • Assist with administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
  • Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
