Job Title: After School Club Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Manager to join our team at KOOSA Kids Ltd. As an After School Club Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our after school club, ensuring the safe and organised running of the club.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in a childcare, early years or playwork setting. A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork is beneficial but not essential. You must also have experience working in a Primary School, Pre-School or Nursery environment as a Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator or Nursery Manager or Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct a small team to ensure the safe and organised running of the after school club.
- Develop a thorough understanding of KOOSA Kids programme of activity and deliver activities accordingly to children each afternoon, directing colleagues as appropriate.
- Maintain sensitivity for any children with additional needs (Physical, Behaviour, Dietary).
- Actively develop a thorough understanding of relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids internal policies & procedures, including safeguarding, and communicate any concerns to the Safeguarding Officer in a timely fashion.
