About the Job

We are recruiting a Childcare Team Lead to oversee the delivery of our After School Club services at Folkestone Girls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of play workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leaders. If you have a passion for leading teams and creating engaging play experiences, we encourage you to apply.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of our After School Club provision, working closely with senior leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement positive changes.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in childcare and education, while making a tangible impact on the lives of our students.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
