Childcare Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a childcare assistant.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a creative approach to engaging with children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children during activities and play sessions
  • Prepare healthy snacks and meals for the children
  • Participate in light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Develop and implement interesting activities that promote socialisation, learning, and fun
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 15pm (with setup and packing time included)
  • Full training provided in safeguarding and child protection procedures

Salary: £20,500 - £24,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
