Childcare and Learning Assistant

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Childcare and Learning Assistant to join our team at Folkestone Girls Preschool. As a committed preschool assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care for children aged 2 1/2 to 4 years.
Annual Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Main Responsibilities:**- Supporting the delivery of the Early Years curriculum, promoting a love of learning and exploration.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between activities, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- A minimum of a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care.
- Experience working in a pre-school setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A highly effective and supportive team environment.
