We are currently seeking a Childcare Support Professional to join our team in Ashford, where you will be working closely with children with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities to provide personalized support and care.
Your role will involve developing tailored strategies to manage challenging behavior, promote independence, and build confidence in children with complex needs. You will work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each child receives high-quality care and support.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £16.92, paid weekly, as well as flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. Our training programs are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care, including specialized courses on managing challenging behavior and opportunities to gain NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications.
To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a caring attitude. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also essential requirements.
