After School Club Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist in planning and delivering engaging activities for pupils at Charing CE Primary School.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of pupils, promoting their development and growth.
- Provide support and instruction where necessary, helping pupils to share equipment and develop essential skills.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment by supervising pupils during activities, mediating conflicts, and maintaining vigilance towards disengaged pupils.
- Assist in maintaining resources for planned activities, ensuring effective utilization and organization.
- Carefully set up and clear away tables and chairs to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Model and promote our school values through actions and interactions with pupils.
- Promote healthy eating habits by preparing and serving nutritious snacks to pupils.
This is a part-time position, 10 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:15pm to 5:45pm) during term time only. The successful candidate will embody our Christian values and ethos.
Salary: £12-14 per hour (£1,208-1,408 per month). We prioritize safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
