Office Management Specialist

As an Office Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Norwich, UK. Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies and equipment, preparing and editing documents and reports, coordinating meetings and appointments, managing filing systems and databases, and providing administrative support to various departments.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will also have a proactive attitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
