Care Sector Leader

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Sector Leader to manage a newly built Residential Service specialising in Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and other complex needs for young adults.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to enhance their development within the care sector while making a positive impact on the lives of residents. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing residential settings, ensuring high-quality care that meets regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead a team of carers and support staff in providing person-centred care to residents.
- To maintain accurate records of resident care plans, progress notes, and risk assessments.
- To oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- To develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Manager in a Residential setting looking after adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance, leadership, and management skills.
- Personal Qualities: A value-driven mindset, good communication skills, and a passion for care.
Salary
The salary for this role is £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
