Family Support Professional

Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate support services for families in need. As a Family Support Social Worker, you will play a vital role in making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, work collaboratively with schools and healthcare providers, and advocate for the needs and rights of children and families.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective support plans to meet the needs of families.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure families receive coordinated support.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and organizational policies.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to families in need.
- A supportive management team that prioritizes staff well-being.
- Flexibility to work from home or come into the office when needed.
- A referral bonus of £500 upon successful referrals.
- The opportunity to work part-time or condensed hours if required.
This role requires a Social Work qualification and full registration to Social Care Wales.
Estimated Salary:£38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
