About Us

Educators Wales is committed to providing high-quality education and support services to children and families in Neath Port Talbot. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Flying Start Early Years Development Assistant.

In this role, you will work with our Early Years, Childcare and Flying Start Team to develop and implement programs that promote the well-being and learning of young children. You will be responsible for supporting the development of a broad and balanced range of activities and experiences for two-year-olds in Flying Start settings.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Quality assurance of Flying Start settings to meet Welsh Government guidelines.
  • Effective working relationships with Flying Start childcare settings.
  • Positive transition to education providers.
