Child and Family Welfare Coordinator

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Child and Family Welfare Coordinator. This role involves working closely with families to identify their needs and develop tailored support plans.
You will be required to conduct comprehensive assessments, work collaboratively with multi-agency teams, and advocate for the rights of children and families. As a statutory position, you must hold a Social Work qualification and be fully registered with Social Care Wales.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective support plans
- Conducting assessments and gathering information from relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational policies
- Supporting families to achieve stability and security
We offer:
- A supportive management environment
- A 6-month rolling contract with flexibility
- A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum
- A referral bonus of £500
- Part-time or condensed hours available if needed
