Care Specialist for Vulnerable Groups

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Experienced Childcare Professional to join our team at Leaders in Care. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children and families to assess needs, offer guidance, and implement care plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Assessing the needs of children and families

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Social Work qualification and full registration with Social Care Wales. A strong understanding of child development, social work principles, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
