Care Support Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Leaders in Care, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in South Wales.
We understand that social workers often feel burnt out due to limited time for themselves. Our team offers a flexible approach, allowing you to work independently while receiving full support from your colleagues. You will be expected to hold a Social Work Qualification and valid Social Work Wales registration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and families in need.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support is provided to all clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and community partners.

Estimated Salary: £35,144 - £42,329 per annum (dependent on experience)
