Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented Premium Spirits Business Developer to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive business growth across high-value accounts in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth across high-value accounts in Central London.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align brand and commercial goals, ensuring maximum profitability for all parties involved.
- Achieve annual business targets, including revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales/commercial experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the On-Trade market and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.
