We are seeking a Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Slater Noon - FMCG Recruitment.

The Role:
This position offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of key group accounts within London's leading edge bar and restaurant scene. The focus will be on premium venues and group accounts, ensuring goals are met while maintaining brand values.
As a Commercial Development Manager, you'll play a central role in expanding the brand's presence, building strong relationships with key partners, and driving growth. You'll contribute to shaping on-premise and online strategies, ensuring alignment with the brand's overall vision.
You'll foster meaningful connections between the brand and customers through tailored strategies and initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone with experience in managing London group accounts such as D&D or Caprice Holdings. A self-driven, resilient individual who can stand by their decisions is essential, along with commercial acumen for preparing solid portfolio proposals that align with customer requirements and targets.
A strong communicator who can engage with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing, is crucial. The ideal candidate will confidently pitch to influential buyers and marketers.
What We Offer:
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company and drive growth in the premium spirits industry.
