Main Responsibilities

About the Role
The Business Manager will be responsible for managing the financial elements of the organization, including budgets, bank accounts, accounting systems, and petty cash. They will also oversee the organization's accounts, ensuring year-end figures are presented accurately.
Person Specification
- Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Leadership or management qualification desirable.
- Experience of working with the general public, managing accounting procedures, and workforce planning.
- Strong IT skills, including EMIS user skills.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and enhance morale.
- Ability to develop, implement, and embed policy, and to network and build relationships.
