Marketing Localization Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive our marketing localization efforts at Wordbank LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences on each project.

In this role, you will work closely with our Account Manager and design leads to manage the production workflow for Turkish titles. Your main focus will be on reviewing title production work for our streaming client's assets, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality results.

Your responsibilities will include gathering required assets from clients, managing the review process, and delivering final products to clients. You will need to communicate effectively in both English and Turkish, working with designers, account managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage the production workflow for 1-4 Turkish titles per month.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and account managers.
  • Utilize JIRA, Client's digital asset management system, and internal tools to track titles throughout the entire workflow.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
  • 3+ years experience in localization or creative design, with knowledge of computational linguistics a plus.
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience. Sound knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
  • Traffic coordination experience in a business-to-business agency environment, preferably in the marketing or creative services field.

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary, estimated at $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
