Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Localization Coordinator who excels in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the translation process, excellent proofreading skills, and be familiar with Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage specific localization projects from start to finish, working closely with content owners and stakeholders to understand localization requirements.
  • Prepare source content for localization, ensure linguists have the necessary context and resources, and verify that translated content meets quality standards.
  • Interface with translation service providers, evaluate translations, provide feedback, and help develop and improve the localization process to support our growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience as a project/process coordinator or a similar role.
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma Specialization in Linguistics, Language Studies, Communications or a related field is highly valued.
  • Fluency in another language in addition to English is preferred.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools, including but not limited to, [insert tools here].
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
