Event Coordinator for FA Events

The Football Association (FA) is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-profile sporting events, including football matches and other events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Work closely with event stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure event budgets are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate event marketing and promotion, including social media and press releases.
  • Manage event day operations, including setup, registration, and tear-down.
Requirements:
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
