Job Title: Football Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Football Event Coordinator to join our team at The FA. As a key member of our Events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-profile football matches at Wembley Stadium and other venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with competing teams, match officials, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including UEFA and FIFA officials.
  • Organize planning meetings and briefings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with broadcast, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver events and mitigate risks.
  • Support the development of sports presentation plans and fan engagement ideas.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team and recruit/mentor event support staff.
Requirements:
  • Experience in planning and delivering high-profile sporting events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
