Job Title: Football Event Coordinator

Join The Football Association as a Football Event Coordinator and be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-profile football events. As a key member of the FA Events team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of football matches at Wembley Stadium and other venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including competing teams, UEFA/FIFA officials, and event contractors.
  • Coordinate event planning meetings, briefings, and chair meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments, including Broadcast, Marketing, and Communications, to deliver events.
  • Support the development of sports presentation plans and fan engagement ideas.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team and recruit/mentor event support staff.
Requirements:
  • Experience in planning and delivering high-profile sporting events.
  • Experience working within football/stadium environments.
  • Ability to chair and present to large audiences.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
