Executive Search and Recruitment

As an Executive Search Recruiter at Kenvue, you will be responsible for conducting searches across designated business groups and collaborating with retained executive search partners to ensure the leadership bench strength is in place to drive effective succession management.

You will work closely with the Executive Search Leadership Team, Talent Management teams, Total rewards, hiring managers, and senior HR team to identify, assess, and deliver professional talents that will provide Kenvue with a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Building and developing a strong professional network with external candidates.
  2. Supporting the Company's reputation as a good place to work on EMEA level.
  3. Working with Sourcing to produce market intelligence, talent, and strategic insights.
  4. Serving as a strategic Talent Advisor by establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders.
  5. Developing a keen understanding of Kenvue's long and short-term strategies.
  6. Representing the company as a trusted professional in the market among the senior executive community.
  7. Driving a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach.
  8. Promoting agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.
  9. Working on the complete end-to-end recruitment process for internal clients.
  10. Advocating for the global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
  11. Using business data, technology, and operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates.
  12. Actively using both internal and external digital platforms to develop and execute sourcing strategies.

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  2. Ability to recruit full lifecycle across all functions at the executive level.
  3. Possess a global talent perspective.
  4. Ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages.
  5. Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  6. Experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system.
