Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Lampery. As part of our team, you'll work closely with the Restaurant and Bars Manager to deliver outstanding service, drive revenue growth, and exceed customer expectations. With a focus on teamwork and innovation, we're looking for someone who shares our values and can bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service standards in all areas of F&B, including the restaurant, bar, and room service
  • Work closely with the Restaurant and Bars Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Manage teams effectively, providing coaching and guidance to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the F&B areas
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with stock management, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
