The annual on-target earnings for this role are £54,743, consisting of a base salary of £32,846 and a commission of £21,897. Additionally, the position comes with benefits.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading solutions and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them.
  • Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities in the market.
  • Use CRM, sales engagement platforms, cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
  • Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Report to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results.
Requirements
  • SaaS knowledge or sales experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree recommended.
  • 2+ years previous experience in Marketing, Sales, Events, or Tech.
