CompensationThe annual on-target earnings for this role are £54,743, consisting of a base salary of £32,846 and a commission of £21,897. Additionally, the position comes with benefits.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading solutions and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities- You will represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them.
- Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities in the market.
- Use CRM, sales engagement platforms, cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
- Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Report to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results.
- SaaS knowledge or sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree recommended.
- 2+ years previous experience in Marketing, Sales, Events, or Tech.
