About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Executive Committee, including organizing meetings, preparing briefing papers, and managing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Finance and the Executive Committee
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare briefing papers, and manage correspondence
  • Manage the Vice President's calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
  • Prepare and maintain detailed expense reports and budgets
  • Screen and prioritize emails, respond to messages, and manage phone calls
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a senior administrative role, preferably in a financial institution
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP and M365 Teams is an asset
