Brook Street is seeking an organized and reliable court usher to support our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and strong administrative experience.

Job Description:

  • Liaise with judiciary, witnesses, jurors, and other court users, providing professional support and guidance throughout the court process.
  • Perform basic admin duties, data entry, and preparation of juror packs, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Filing and preparation of court rooms, maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
  • Provide support to all court users, including those who may be experiencing their first visit, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth court experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong basic admin experience, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations, maintaining professionalism at all times.
