Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative support to sales and management teams within the office.
  • Effective communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Taking calls and messages accurately.
  • Data entry, typing, and filing duties.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role is preferred.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Keen interest in learning and staying up-to-date with industry changes.
Salary and Benefits
