Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager looking to drive sales growth for a premium mixer brand? Do you have a passion for the drinks industry and a proven track record of bringing on new business?


The Advocate Group is representing a leading premium mixer brand that prioritizes fresh ingredients and high-quality taste. We're seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the on-trade market by targeting key multiple accounts and influencing key bartenders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key multiple accounts in the given territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maximize sales through educating customers on the company brand and portfolio
  • Represent the brand at events and tastings


About You:

  • Proven experience in on-trade sales or hospitality
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for the drinks industry
  • Highly organized with good time management and planning skills
  • Strong track record of developing new business and client retention
